Modpacks werden in der Regel immer am Wochenende geupdated d.h. Freitag, Samstag, Sonntag.
Es kann auch sein, dass wir das mal unter der Woche machen oder das wir mal gar nicht updated.
Das hängt immer davon ab wie viel Zeit wir haben.

As I said. We can only add plugins from spigotmc or dev.bukkit. The url to the plugin must contain their domains.

and if u still dont approve can i download the jars myself and upload it to spigot will u then Add it
No, I'll deny it, close/delete your Aternos account and report this to spigotmc.

What error message do you get?
Are you in creative and op?
Are command blocks enabled on your server?

Check that the server ip he's trying to connect to is correct
