As thienbao860 said you can reinstall your server on https://aternos.org/options

If you reinstall your server related data will be deleted and restored to default settings (like after creating the aternos account)

Please note that your server needs to be offline in order to reinstall it.

If you want to completely close your Aternos account you can do that on https://aternos.org/close

Which error message do you get?

Can you make a screenshot?

Also try to join aft2d.aternos.me (vanilla 1.12.2) and see if you have the same problem there.

I don't know why your server crashes.

But you can help us to find that our by sharing the log with us and providing more information like version / mods etc.

Do you often upload maps? The problem can also occur if you upload a map which is not made for the version you're playing.

Also version switching can cause this problem.

You also have to install Mantle onto your client.

Also make sure that you have the same versions of the mods installed.

I just had a look at your server and I could not find the worldguard plugin.

Did you already fix it on your own?

Also always make sure that you delete the folder and the plugin itself (ending with .jar)

If you forget the .jar file the folder will be loaded again and also the folder is being recreated.

There must be a reason why you have to delete the playerdata.

If you have a modpack there is no real way to fix that, because this is a bug in the modpack.

But in a plugin server you can try to find out which plugin caueses these problems.
