No. Everyone, beside you have whitelist deactivated, can join your server.
But only the Aternos account owner can start the server.
We are already working on a better solution for this, but we don't have an eta yet.
timed out
Timed out does not mean that you've been kicked by the AFK timeout.
Check the log, maybe there are some error messages.
I would recommend you to write in english. Otherwise most of the users here can not help you.
