no. As I said, you can not add a plugin to your server with that.

Whatever
The file is called psm-v1.0.4.jar
You need to paste the link to the log here. Otherwise we can't view it.
- Modpacks are maintained manually. Adding new mods/modpacks, updating them and testing is already a work for multiple hours each week.
- Modpacks require much more disk space than other software. Our software repository is already very large.
- Modpacks contain mods. Mods contain code, which is being executed on our servers. Modpacks which are hosted on non reputable sources or only have a small amount of downloads have a much higher risk to be malicious.
- Only a small part of our users are using mods and modpacks. The largest part plays bukkit/spigot or vanilla.
- It doesn't really make sense to expand something that only a few people use anyway.
- Modpacks often cause problems. So many problems that many of the support requests always come from users with modpacks. The smallest part of users (the modpack users) produce the largest part of support requests. That's a little disproportionate. The worst thing is that most of the problems can't be solved by us, but by the modpack creator.
Cauldron has been discontinued some time ago.
Maybe we'll add this in future. But currently we have many other tasks on our todo list which are more important.

Does that mean we can paste a plugin code to use a plugin? If so thats awesome!
No, that means you can create config files etc. You can not create the plugin files itself.
Plugin files are encoded in a special way, you can't copy and paste the content.
Maybe the MCEdit support staff can help you with this problem.
