Please make the server creative in https://aternos.org/options/, if its set to Survival set it on Creative and restart your server, it should work

To use commands within the server, you need OP privilege. Please enter your Minecraft name at the authority of https://aternos.org/players/. If you do not want to add the OP privilege, please add the PermissionsEx plugin.You need to provide OP to yourself Miya_Chan,to be able to change to creative mode in game.......You can do it from the server console by typing:
/op <Your minecraft username here>
