Evtl. kannst du mit Multiverse eine leere Welt erstellen oder mit deinem Minecraft Client und diese dann hochladen.

it just disconnects me no error message, right after that the server shuts off.
So your client showed "Disconnected" after you've been kicked?
It also shuts itself off when nobody is on for 2 minutes

Plugins only work with bukkit/spigot or glowstone.
You can not use plugins with modpacks.

The latest full version is v1.2.1 which is also available at Aternos
Version Lite 1.0.0 is just a lite version which is only for compatibility reasons with other mods.
