You can find many reasons for that here on the forums. Please use the search feature.

Start your server and click on the connect button, there you can see a DynIP.

This DynIP directly resolves to your number IP.

Please note, that this IP changes with each server start.

I think that this is not really needed.

Also some users could broke their plugins with that.

Ich weiß jetzt nicht wie das bei PowerRanks genau ist, aber bei den meisten ist das so:

Wenn du als Permission * angibst, hat der User/Gruppe alle Rechte.

Einzelne Permissions kannst du dann mit einem weiteren - vor der Permission entfernen
