Klingt nach einem Defekt in der Welt.
Du kannst mal versuchen die Welt herunterzuladen und "Die bestimmte Stelle" mit z.b. MCEdit zu entfernen. -
Kannst du vielleicht den vollen Log mittels Share button auf https://aternos.org/log mit uns teilen.

You can not upload your own mods to the server.

the multiverse command only sets the default gamemode. If a player got creative mode in a world which is survival he will be creative until an admin makes him survival again
