oh and i have this same problem on any other aternos server i try to join which shows its not just mine and also the fact that other people can join mine with no problem shows that
Then your problem is related to your client and not to your Aternos server.

Please note that all your minecraft data on your pc gets lost.
Make sure your server is offline and click on the generate button on https://aternos.org/worlds than start your server again.
