PermissionsEx is really easy, just watch a tutorial on youtube. There are also some other permissions plugins out there.

Download your world and delete the player file of your friend in the players or playerdata directory.
Then upload your world again.

No, this is currently not possible.

It seems that the modpack is broken, I'll remove it.

The plugin author moved the download location to a external site, I'll remove the plugin from our database.

• You could use another chat plugin.
• EssentialsChat is included in the default essentials package.
• Afaik you don't need essentials chat for PEX Prefixes if you also use PEX for that.
