Log files are text files. The result is the same.

Make sure that you use the right plugin version for the minecraft version you've installed on your server.

You can only install plugins through our plugin browser.
Installing plugins from other sources like Github is not possible.

You're talking about the Pixelmon Generations modpack. We don't have the modpack, we have the mod.
And as you can see on the official download page (http://pixelmongenerations.com/pages/downloads/) the latest version is 1.2.1 which is also available on Aternos.
