Is there any message in the chat or in the console when you use that command? What should happen?

You can turn off command blocks on the options page.
Make sure to restart your server after changing the options.

Seems that the modpack requires some libraries which are not available anymore.
I've removed the pack from our system

We always provide the latest stable version of a mod.
It's possible, that the mod author removes the version we use on Aternos from curseforge. So, what mod are you talking about?

Providing multiple version of mods is on our todo list, but we don't know when this will be released.
