What is your Aternos username?

You can search for plugins on dev.bukkit.org or spigotmc.org .
Most of them are already available in our Plugin Browser https://aternos.org/plugins/If not, you can request them here on the forums.

On http://files.minecraftforge.net/ download the installer and execute it.
The installer will prepare forge on your client automatically. -

Klingt in der Theorie ja alles super toll und einfach, sieht in der Praxis jedoch ganz anders aus.
Bei uns liegen auch noch einige andere Themen auf dem Tisch, die eindeutig höhere Prio haben als der Fileupload. Wir werden uns der Sache sicherlich irgendwann annehmen, aber derzeit haben wir einfach keine Ressourcen dafür
