I tried it yesterday and the mod crashed on startup.

You can only upload maps while your server is offline, if this is your question.

Seems that this is a bug in the mod itself.

You can reload your server instead of restarting it by using the /reload command. Anyway it's not recommended to use it as it may bug your server.

Looks like the downloaded .zip is broken.

Anyway, the plugin does not fit our requirements anymore. I removed the plugin from our plugin browser.
