What is the exact error message when you try to join your server?
Did you already try to use the DynIP?

I understand the problem you're facing.
Unfortunately I don't have a real solution as the 200MB Limit is not really set by us. 200Mb Limit is set by our web security provider and we are not able to raise it.The only thing what I can recommend you is to delete chunks.

Which forge version did you use. Maybe the problem only appears with the forge version aternos uses.
