No server version available

Naja, auch wenn Client und Server prinzipiell das gleiche sind, sind sie ziemlich verschieden und gehen auch unterschiedlich mit Welten etc. um. Gerade bei Modpacks.
Vielleicht gibt es irgendwas was deine Welt, zumindest für den Server, unnutzbar macht. Was genau, kann ich dir leider auch nicht sagen.

Was du noch versuchen könntest: Öffne die Welt im SinglePlayer und fliege etwas umher. Lade dann die Welt, auf der du herum geflogen bist wieder hoch und probiere es erneut.

You could try to use the plugin with bukkit 1.9.
If this does not work contact the plugin author. Maybe there is a unnamed dependency which is needed to run that plugin.

Click on the share to mclo.gs button on follow the suggestions on that page.

Also it would be good to know the the plugin is shown as green or red when you use /pl

BungeeCord Plugin

BungeeCord macht aktuell nicht wirklich Sinn, da jeder User nur einen Server haben kann. Da BungeeCord eine Proxy-Software ist um "Mehrere Server zu verbinden" wäre es nicht wirklich nötig.
