That doesn't really make sense.

With MCASelector you can delete single chunks. There's no need to delete the whole region folder, which actually deletes the whole world.

Which software and version is your server running on?

What ist the address of the server in question?

Do you use TLauncher?

Try installing ViaVersion - the should allow 1.17 bedrock clients to join a 1.16.5 server

Go to the files page, navigate into the mods folder and remove it.

Backups contain any files of the server - including installed mods. Of course they will be back if you restore it...

Those are just warning messages. If you don't have further issues you can ignore them.

I'd recommend you to report this to the mod creator.

We did not add this because auto-updating may break plugins etc.

"Incompatible FML Modded Server error" typically means that the mod collection on your computer is not the same as on the server.
