Without knowing which request you refer to I assume it does not fulfill these requirements:
Display MoreServerfiles...
...must be linked on the modpack's website
...must be linked using the provided labels / buttons / features for server packs on platforms which provide that.
...must not rely custom installers.
...must work out of the box.
...must be clean. (E.g. some modpacks just upload their test-server or something like this with all playerdata etc. - we won't clean it up.)
Provide a screenshot of the error message you get and describe your setup.
btw. It's not recommended to change the world name at all if there's no technical need for it.

I don't really get what you mean.
You linked a paid plugin that is not available on Aternos.
Try removing luckperms.
I'm not really sure, but I it might be related to the installed citadel version not being compatible with the installed ice and fire version.
Your server has set some curseforge.com URL set as server resource pack URL and not the URL from the first post.
You can download the world on the worlds page and access/modify that with MCASelector.
Installing Paper wouldn't help him because he has a modded server.
Try removing mods to reduce the server load.
Share the client log
The reason why we added "/bukkit" to Paper and Spigot is just to make clear that it's somehow related to Bukkit. Many people don't understand that Spigot and Paper share the same Plugin-System.
We don't try to tell our users the whole Software History with that naming.
