What ist the address of the server in question?

Your server has set some curseforge.com URL set as server resource pack URL and not the URL from the first post.

Sorry for my englsh. If you click at the link, you will get to the curseforge, but if copy the link yourself, it will get you to the dropbox page where you instantly download the resourcepac
understood. But still the link entered on your servers options page is the curseforge URL which does not work for technical reasons.
