I've already done this for you two @sd_captain & @fireman1x, but you can also revert this, if you need your old factions.
Just change the flatfile config back and restart your server.

Display More

The default amount of RAM should be enough to run your server.
If it's laggy please check if you have too many or too resource intensive plugins installed. Also a huge amount of worlds can cause your server to lag.
