If you want to change your main world go to https://aternos.org/worlds , choose the world and click on generate.
At worldtype you have to enter "FLAT" and click on generate -
What are you talking about? Your minecraft server or your Aternos account?
If you lost the access to your Aternos Account you can recover your password on the login page and clicking on "forgot password".

Normally this should work without any problems as most plugins (especially Essentials and Pex) are compatible with all bukkit releases of a minecraft version.
Also we can not add them because the old downloads of bukkit aren't available anymore due to a DCMA issue.You could tell us which problems you have and we can try to find an solution for that. Maybe it's just an usage problem.

We already thought about that, but this is not possible for now.
Creating new locations would cost much money in setting them up and also the running costs we be very high.Instead we focus on our german main location and try to get better connections to all parts of the world.
Also most lag is not caused by a bad connection to the server, it's more because of a overloaded server or a bad client computer.

Did you use flint'n steel to activate the portal?
You have to place fire into the portal to activate it.
Also make sure that nether is enabled in your server options on http://aternos.org/options -
The RAM is automatically set by our system and can't be changed.

Did you already have a look into the console or the log?
Maybe there is an exception or error message which explains you why citizens isn't working. -

My new account and old account is same address and password.
This account closed three days ago.
When you close an account you are not able to reregister with the same username or email address within the following seven days.
So one of the information you've provided is false.
Are you sure you really closed your account? Maybe you just did something other wrong. -

If you checked the server console log you would have found out that you have to type in /fml confirm in order to proceed with the starting process. I've done that for you now so you don't have to do it anymore unless the mod pack is updated.
