As Andreas already said cactus_jizo is active and not closed. If you are just not able to login, then try to use the forgot password function.

You can check the syntax of your permission file with online checkers like http://www.yamllint.com/

For your logfile you have to put colons after the group names and after the permissions key.

These exception messages can be caused by many reasons. Version incompatibilty could be one. Also it could be just a bug in the plugin.

Try to remove the plugin or try to use another version of it.

As you've registered with the same name again, I assume that you closed the old account more than 7 days ago.

We can only recover accounts within 7 days after closing them.

Normally the filename should turn into the next line if it is too long.
Try to use a different browser.
