Change the password of your Aternos account, maybe they have access to it.
Remove them from the Whitelist, deop and ban them.

If they get back to your server please check if one of your friends is unbanning/helping them. You can see that in the console

Try to disable these mods in your client by adding a .disabled at the end of the filename.
