Did you check your console already? Maybe there are some error messages which explain why your server does not start.

As is said, the plugin author moved the download location to a external site.
Aternos can't add plugins to your server which are downloaded through a external site.

I removed this plugin from the Aternos plugin browser.

AFAIK the compass thing is provided by WorldGuard or WorldEdit. You can disable the compass teleport feature in the configuration of one of these plugins.

Seems that the author of this plugin moved the download location.
I removed the plugin from our system.

Delete the HardcoreQuesting mod in the mods folder of your client.

This is currently not possible.
You can only install one mod or a preconfigured modpack
