This is currently not possible.
Currently we use a 3rd party protection service to protect our website from attacks. This service limites the maximum file size for to 200MB, increasing this limit would be much more expensive.
This would cost us more money than it would bring us advantages. -

Try to download the world, reinstall the pack and upload the world again.
Also you could try to delete the player data folder. But please create a backup before.
