Are you talking about CustomNPCs(Mod) or a NPC plugin like Citizens?

If you're talking about plugin, check your console for errors to find out why the plugin does not work.

There are some rumours out there claiming that Aternos is paid with donations & ads, which is simply not true and was never true.
We only get money from ads and we will never get enough money from donations to run just one machine.
So please keep in mind that if you donate, you will not really push forward our system or help us growing our infrastructure.
It is a nice way to say thank you to us and give us a little treat, but it also means a lot to us if you just say thank you without any money.

You have access to all plugin configuration files on https://aternos.org/files

Anyway we can't allow the upload of own/custom plugins due to security reasons.

You have to install the mod pack on your client too.
Download the respective launcher: twitch launcher/technic launcher etc., then login and choose the mod pack you've installed on the server

Glixyl`s Entropy is still available in the technic launcher. Please note that you have to add it manually to the launcher.
Open the website of the modpack an click on install this pack.
