On the my server page you can choose a mod you want to play and click on install. Your server will automatically configured to run this mod. So you don't need to install forge on your server.
You only have to install forge and the mod on your client.

You have to install bukkit or spigot to use plugins. They won't work with vanilla.

Run the command /fml confirm or or /fml cancel to proceed.
Alternatively start the server with -Dfml.queryResult=confirm or -Dfml.queryResult=cancel to preselect the answer.

I just saw this in your console. If you see a message like this you have to enter /fml confirm into the console, otherwise your server won't start.

I just started your server without any issues.

Check the console for further information.
Maybe the plugins crash on startup or require any dependencies. If so, you can see this in the console.

Wird das Plugin angezeigt wenn du /pl eingibst? Wenn ja, in welcher Farbe?
