Sorry, there is no possibility to upload maps which are larger than 200 MB.
You can try to use MCEdit to remove Chunks etc.

When you reach the end of the queue you have to click on the red box to confirm the start process.
When both boxes are green your server will be started. -
The crash seems to be caused by WorldEdit.
Remove it and try to start your server. -
