In the server folder when you have the mod of threescore / lucraftcore appear to browse to add the addons

Did you buy Minecraft?
Which launcher do you use?
Which InGame name did you choose?
On Vanilla the nether and end are dimensions of the main world and not separate worlds. Therefore they are not shown on the worlds page.
You probably did not install the same version of the modpack on your computer as on the server.
