It Works With Geyser...

Glowstone is a server software based on completely independet code. It does not rely on Mojang code or the former Bukkit code. But they implemented the Bukkit API which allows using most Bukkit plugins with it.

However, plugins like ViaVersion are so special that the required interfaces, features etc. may not exist on Glowstone.

If everything is right try removing that mod

That log does not contain a crash too.

It just shows that the server started and turned off again because no-one joined.

There's no connection attempt to the server in this log

1. When you share a log, use the share button on the log page.
2. You probably installed fabric API for MC 1.17 snapshot while your server is running on MC 1.16.5

Launchers typically offer you to create multiple profiles.

Like one for MC 1.16, one profile for Snapshot and a profile for forge or fabric.

Make sure that your start the correct profile that starts fabric

Remove the mods one by one from your server.

Every time you remove a mod from your server, you need to restart it, then check if the problem still occurs.

If the problem doesn't occur anymore, know that it was probably due to the modification you last removed.
