If I use the same version i dont think I can enter with mods because the launcher says that i need to turn on the forge.
I don't really get what you mean with that. You just have to make sure that you have the same mods with the same version installed on the server and on the client. The forge version must also be the same which is currently not the case.
What is IGN?
That's the name you choose in your launcher which appears InGame

1) The forge version on your computer is different from the version on the server. It should be the same
2) Which launcher do you use? What is your IGN?
Try removing the "Tons Of Enchants" or try generating a new world
