I'd say is related to one of the mods.
It looks like gobber mod does something with nether and dimensions, but I'm not sure if that mod causes the problem.

Then you probably don't have fabric installed.

If you want to configure mods you have to switch to forge and install the mods manually.

- Turn your server off
- Take a backup on the backups page
- Go to the worlds page and click files
- Try to delete the DIM-1 folder
