Go to the files page and delete the config folder by hitting the trash icon
Client:
Delete the config folder in your .minecraft directory

I googled the name of the file in your post and found this: https://www.planetminecraft.co…-pack/rpg-loot-data-pack/ . Is this the pack you're talking about?
It's made for MC 1.16 while your server is running on 1.17 snapshot

If you want to switch the software our system only reinstalls your server if the current software & version is known to be incompatible with the software & version you want to install.
