Install the same version of forge on your computer as on the server.

That's not what you're supposed to do.
Read:

Your server has forge 14.23.4.2766, your client is running on 14.23.5.2854.
Make sure you use the same forge version on both.

We're doing this for eight years now. We know how it works.

Remove the mods one by one from your server.
Every time you remove a mod from your server, you need to restart it, then check if the problem still occurs.
If the problem doesn't occur anymore, know that it was probably due to the modification you last removed.

Can you please take a screenshot of the installed mods on your client and on the server.
Also make sure that you install the same version of mods on the client and on the server.
