Double check that you have the exact same version of biomesoplenty installed on your computer as the server.

Looks like your server is overloaded and runs out of RAM.
Too many worlds or too many plugins can cause. Can also be related to a single bugged plugin.

Your server is overloaded. You might need to remove mods to reduce the load on your server.

Remove the mods one by one from your server.
Every time you remove a mod from your server, you need to restart it, then check if the problem still occurs.
If the problem doesn't occur anymore, know that it was probably due to the mod you last removed.
Always be sure to have a backup of your server before changing anything. This video might help you:

According to your account log the server has been stopped manually via the website by clicking the stop button on it.

Since there's no sort of crash report or stack trace there's not that much you can do.
You can try restoring a known working backup or start from scratch.

Did you only change the version of your client? or also of the server?
