In that log the server wasn't fully started.
Start your server and wait until it's fully started and online. Then try to join the server, then share the log.

Unfortunately the crash does not really give any hint why it happend.
If you already know that the crash is related to the Beyond earth mod I'd recommend you contact the creator of that mod.

I can confirm that your thread is deleted.

Which server software is the server running?
Has the server cracked mode enabled?

Remove the mods one by one from your server.
Every time you remove a mod from your server, you need to restart it, then check if the problem still occurs.
If the problem doesn't occur anymore, know that it was probably due to the mod you last removed.
Always be sure to have a backup of your server before changing anything. This video might help you:

It's a known bug in Paper.
Might be fixed in the latest version.

So you only need to check if you still have this issue now.

Abseits von der view-distance die du im Client konfigurierst, hat ein Server noch eine eigene view-distance.
Dies lässt sich in den server.properties auf der Dateien-Seite anpassen.
