What error message is displayed on your screen?

That error message means that the installed mods on client and server are different.
Note that also the versions of the mods must match

It's Bulgarian, and probably a bug in Minecraft.

It's a forge mod (At least the CF page has no indication that it's made for fabric)

It's a client side mod, you don't need it on a server.

Versuche mod für mod zu entfernen und teste ob der Server wieder startet.
Wenn er das tut weist du das es vermutlich durch die zuletzt entfernte Mod verursacht wurde.
