Remove it from your Multiverse configuration file.

This is possible with e.g. MCEdit, but I don't recommend doing that.

The generator-settings property expects a JSON string and it's not made for custom generators from plugins.

Follow the advices on the plugin's spigotmc page on how to use it.

AFAIK if you ever had cheats enabled you won't get achievements at all - even if you disable it.

The only way is to generate a new world.
