You can access the config folder on the files page.
If the cubic chunks configuration is not there it's probably crashing before cubic chunks gets loaded or is able to generate that file.

Probably someone with access to the options page did that.

You probably changed the cracked setting of your server. Switch it back to it's original state and restart the server

Thanks for your advice, however none of us remembered which chunks are used and which aren't.
We have tools for that. Just write an email to [email protected] as Alex suggested.

Then try removing mod by mod and check each time if it works again.
Note that you have to restart the server each time you removed a mod

Just go to the directory where your Minecraft data is located. You should know where that is on your pc as it's the same as where your mods folder is in.

You can do the following to keep your world:
- Stop your server
- Download the world on the worlds page: https://support.aternos.org/hc…35711-Download-your-world
- Switch the software
- Upload the world again: https://support.aternos.org/hc…0027235751-Upload-a-world
Please note that we have an upload limit, which is explained in the guide for the upload. If your world is larger than this limit you can't upload the world again.
Also understand that doing this procedure is not recommended and that we can not provide any further support about it. Worlds which were used on a modded server can cause issues if you use it on a server with another software. This is also the reason why our system want's you to reinstall the server.
