Unfortunately, the crash report does not give a hint which mod this is related to.
Two things you could try:
- Create a new world
- Remove the mods one by mod to find out the which mod is the source of the problem
In any way create a backup beforehand

Where is the world from?

I'd guess that the converter just produced an invalid pack or produced one that is only compatible with older versions of the Bedrock Edition.
You could try if it works in SP or on a server with the official Bedrock Server software to ensure it's not related to Geyser

That depends on the mod / plugin you use for schematics.
WorldEdit usually stores the schematics in plugins/WorldEdit/schematics

Remove the mods one by one from your server.
Every time you remove a mod from your server, you need to restart it, then check if the problem still occurs.
If the problem doesn't occur anymore, know that it was probably due to the mod you last removed.
