I don't have any plugins.
What about addons / behaviour packs?
What is the address of the server in question?
Try deleting the config folder on your computer and on the server.
The error message "failed to synchronize registry data from server" typically appears when the installed mods on the player's computer do not match the installed mods on the server.
For modded servers, players must have the exact same mod collection installed on their computer as the server.
It is important that the version of the installed mods is identical as well as the version of Forge itself!
If you have so called client-only or server-only mods installed, it may help to temporarily remove them.
im pretty sure this is not the place to ask
You're right. Why did you do it anyway?

If you're OP on the server you can try using the /seed command.
That's a very big question.
Does the issue persist if you disable the optimize option directly after uploading the world?

I'd say someone clicked stop on the server page.
I can check that if you can provide the server's address and the exact time this happened.
Then you might need to generate a new world or try to remove the mods one by one
The log you shared doesn't contain any crash
I would like to ask if you could add this plugin : https://www.spigotmc.org/resou…58-generator-split.83883/

Remove the mods one by one from your server.
Every time you remove a mod from your server, you need to restart it, then check if the problem still occurs.
If the problem doesn't occur anymore, know that it was probably due to the mod you last removed.
Always be sure to have a backup of your server before changing anything. This video might help you:

Does the server or the client crash?
You wrote an invalid value into the worldtype field while trying to create a BOP world.
