Yes. But any other software that combines Forge and Bukkit has similar issues as combining both was never intended.

You're using Mohist. When you use Mohist Multiverse worlds are not different worlds, they are dimensions of the main world.
I'd recommend you to not use Mohist.

Where exactly is the world from?
Is it from a world generator, a website or from SP?
Does the issue persist if you disable the optimize option directly after uploading the world?

Dies passierte nach einem Update, wo man mehrere Server auf einem Konto habe konnte.
Mal abgesehen davon, dass durch dieses Update definitiv keine Server gelöscht wurden: Wieso fällt dir das erst jetzt auf, das ist bereits einige Monate her?
Wie lange hast du deinen Server nicht benutzt? Wie lautet die Adresse des Servers?

In Spigot it's possible to configure that in the spigot.yml.
I'm not aware of any way to do that in Forge
