If you don't have mods installed which need to be installed on the server and on the client it might be possible. Tbh, try it out.

We provide the same files as the plugin hubs (dev.bukkit.org, spigotmc.org). As soon as it's updated there the update will also be available on our website.
We can not add files from other websites.
