Thanks for the traceroute.

We suspect there is an ongoing issue out somewhere in the internet which causes that some people have issues connecting to our servers.

For us it's really hard to troubleshoot this as we are from Germany and not the USA. Therefore we rely on your help.

We're already in contact with our network providers to get into this.

I have some more questions:

- Do you live in or near Texas / Housten?

- Do you have this issue the whole time or only in specific time-frames of the day like in the evening or morning?

- You said you have two users with that issue. Do they share the same internet connection? If no, it would be good to also get a traceroute from the other one. The more is better.

- What is your public ip? You can see this on websites like https://myip.is/
