Remove the mods one by one from your server.
Every time you remove a mod from your server, you need to restart it, then check if the problem still occurs.
If the problem doesn't occur anymore, know that it was probably due to the mod you last removed.
Always be sure to have a backup of your server before changing anything. This video might help you:

If I look into your account log, I see that the server has been stopped manually by someone clicking the stop button on the server page at that time the log was created.

If you already know that it's related to the enchantment mods, you should probably contact the mod creators of these mods.
Out of removing them, there's not really anything we can suggest.
