Whenever I start the server it will load up correctly, but once I try to join on my Minecraft the server closes and the crash report says "Exception in server tick loop." I am fairly certain it is due to the "digimobs mod" I am using because the server works fine otherwise. The mods also work fine in a single-player world. I would really like to use this mod on the server.

It's indeed related to digimobs. Try removing it.
If you want to keep it you may want to contact the mod creator and ask him for help
