That's an issue in the API we use to fetch plugin data from spigotmc.org.
I requested an update in that API, so it should get fixed in the next ~2 hours
But it may be that this does not work because the plugin creator uploaded multiple versions with the same version string "2.6.4" which causes issues in the API
