Your server is still crashing.

Honestly, if you can reproduce the not saving issue on a plain Pocketmine server we can have a look at it, otherwise it's probably related to your installed plugin. Which is probably also the cause for the crash problem.

Madflight If your server says server closed it's probably crashing or you're just too late when you try to join.

We don't run the spiget API, therefore the problem is out of our control. I can't give any estimate

I would say either it's a bug in the plugin or the installed version of the plugin is not compatible with your installed server version
