The citizens version available on Aternos does not work with 1.15. The citizens updates which work on 1.15 are paid, therefore we can't add them

I know that, but I'm not there when it appears and I miss it.

According to the server log your server is somehow stuck while starting without giving further information.
Remove the mods one by one from your server.
Every time you remove a mod from your server, you need to restart it, then check if the problem still occurs.
If the problem doesn't occur anymore, know that it was probably due to the modification you last removed.

The thing is I swear the first time the server crashed it gave me the option to remove the mods that weren't working
Then you saw wrong.
You can't remove, or add mods from a modpack.
