This is a known problem but unfortunately no one knows how to fix it or how to prevent it.
The only way to continue to play is restoring a backup or starting over with a new world.

You can see the server-ip on the middle of the server page. The username is always displayed in the right upper corner of the website

This is not a normal addon pack, it's something different and properly not using the official addon system of Mojang. You can't add it to the server.

99% of the people who say that the confirm button is not working are just lying and trying to get a key to bypass the queue. The other 1% have a browser which is not related to our website.
If you're sure that you're doing everything right you could maybe take a video showing the problem.

Allocated ram is different for each installed software/version.
You can always see the assigned RAM on the server page while your server is online
